Shue made a rare appearance on the red carpet in her own clothes and without any make-up. She also mentioned that she has noticed only a handful of actresses have reportedly chosen to opt-out of having plastic surgery.
Shue and Jonas bonded “right away” on set, she said. The actress grew up in New Jersey and says that people from her home state are “straight shooters.”

Shue also revealed that her daughters had not previously been interested in her career until she was cast as Nick Jonas’ mother in “The Other Half”.
